on 15 November 2007, Microsoft and USAID(United States Agency for International Development)announced one competition that is prized as Rp.1 Billion. This comptetition was made in order to improve the innovation development in communication technology related to the business world. This activity that was named as SENADA is one of the global initiative part in which U.S and Microsoft have launched this competition some weeks before. Beside that, Mr.Tony chen, Director president of Microsoft company in Indonesia said that business innovation is one of the most important things in Indonesia to compete in either regional or global market. He hoped that by launching this competition in Indonesia, Indonesia will have new inovation that make Indonesia will be better than Malaysia, Singapore, India, or China. This competition will be started on 19 November, and finished on 31 November 2007.
